China Energy Company Limited (CEFC) is buying the former Živnobanka building on Na Příkopě in central Prague from CPI Property Group. The two companies have signed an agreement and said they will cooperate on the ZIBA Glass Experience Museum, which CPI is developing in the historical building. The terms of the deal are still being finalized. CEFC plans to use the building’s office component as its European headquarters. CEFC is the largest privately held company in Shanghai and focuses on finance, energy and industry. It is active in the US, the UK, Canada, Mexico, Russia, UAE, Indonesia, Singapore, South Korea and Japan.
