Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air broke ground on a HUF 1bn hangar at Liszt Ferenc International Airport in Budapest. The 2,000 sqm facility could create as many as 70 new jobs, claims the company, which is is reportedly planning to add another plane to its fleet in March. The new Wizz Air hangar is going up between the Lufthansa Technik and Aeroplex of Central Europe hangars. Market Építő Zrt, a company linked to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, will oversee the construction.
