CTP has acquired ProLogis Park Bucharest A1. Located along the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, the park offers more than 108,000 sqm of industrial space in four buildings. The 28 ha property still has room for new builds.
This is CTP’s fourth acquisition of the year. The developer also took over the Cefin Arad industrial park (90,000 sqm), CTPark Bucharest West (100,000 sqm) and Deva Logistics Park (42,000 sqm).
