Miami-based real estate investment company Rok Acquisitions has purchased the Wellington Professional Centre in Wellington for $8.65 million. Built in 1986 and located at 10111 Forest Hill Boulevard, the three-story building has 50,741 square feet of medical offices. The building is adjacent to the Wellington Regional Medical Center on a one acre lot. The seller, University Drive Professional Plaza Partnership, acquired the building in 1998 for $4 million. Rok Acquisitions buys income producing properties with a focus on commercial and multi-family buildings constructed within the last 15 years.
