Prologis has signed two lease extensions totaling more than 26,000 sqm and leased an additional 8,000 sqm in new deals at its parks in the Prague region. L’Oreal extended its 13,747 sqm lease at Prologis Park D1 East, while Marvinpac CZ renewed its 12,731 sqm lease at the same park. Alza.cz signed on for an additional 8,764 sqm of space at Prologis Park Prague-Úžice. The Czech e-shop now has a total of 21,445 sqm at the park.
Prologis Park Prague D1 East is located approximately 11 km southeast of Prague at the Říčany/Jesenice junction. It includes seven buildings, totaling 130,000 sqm of modern distribution space. Prologis Park Prague-Úžice is located 9 km from Prague on the D8 motorway. The park offers 97,500 sqm of modern warehouse and office space.
