Maurer Imobiliare will break ground on 14 new residential buildings this fall in Brasov. Maurer Residence will go up on a 3.6 ha plot recently acquired by the developer in the city’s Tractorul district. The scheme will feature 750 one-, two- and three-bedroom flats as well as studios and duplexes.
Maurer Imobiliare, founded by businessman Simon Maurer, invested €60m last year into its Avantgarden3 projects in Brasov and Sibiu.
