Intel staying at Jerozolimskie Business Park

Intel renewed its lease at Jerozolimskie Business Park in Warsaw. DTZ represented the IT company in negotiations for the deal, about which no further details were disclosed. The owner of the complex, Apollo-Rida, plans to redesign parts of the office building. Located in the city’s CBD, Jerozolimskie Business Park features four office buildings.

“Located at Warsaw’s Aleje Jerozolimskie street, a district which is currently gaining more and more attention from the local tenants, Jerozolimskie Business Park meets Intel’s expectations thanks to its proximity to Warsaw’s city center,” says Mikołaj Sznajder of DTZ’s office department.
