Metrostav to complete 3nity in Bratislava

27 August 2015

Metrostav will resume work on the 3nity project in Bratislava, which collapsed three years ago. The construction company will clear the collapsed commercial space on Plynárenská street before completing two residential towers on the plot. Metrostav also plans to add more greenery to the scheme, which has been renamed CityPark Ružinov. The highrises will offer a mix of flats, apartments and lofts, replacing retail space that had been part of the original plans. Prices will start at €86,000 for a one-room unit.

The project was put on hold three years ago, after the one of the highrises collapsed at the start of construction, and the developer faced bankruptcy proceedings, writes hnonline.sk.
