CA Immo is planning to develop a new hotel project in Frankfurt for the Steigenberger Hotel Group. Construction is expected to to start in the second half of 2016 with the opening set for the end of 2018.
The new eight-floor hotel, to go up next to the city’s main railway station, will offer around 400 rooms as well as 82 underground parking spots. The hotel will also feature a bar, six conference rooms and a restaurant.
“Frankfurt has a special significance for us as a location. Apart from the headquarters of the Steigenberger Group and our flagship Frankfurter Hof hotel, the city also has Germany’s largest airport and mainline station. With a strong portfolio, we are ideally prepared to host many guests from all over the world,” says Puneet Chhatwal, CEO of Steigenberger Hotels AG.
