Costa Bahia, a Fort Lauderdale-based company managed by Leonardo Guillermo Coll Mazzei, has purchased a Fort Lauderdale condominium development site on the Intracoastal Waterway for $13.47 million. This is the second time the 33,984 squad-foot lot has changed hands in the last 10 months. The seller, Atlantic City based Atlantic Residents Development, acquired the property in December of 2014 for $10.6 million for a windfall of 27 percent. Located along Bayshore Drive at Riomar Street, the property was approved in April 2014 for a 27-unit condo called the Royal Atlantic.
