Chicago-based developer, Bridge Development, has obtained a $16.4 million construction loan from Regions Bank for an industrial project in Hialeah Gardens. The new 242,000-square-foot industrial park, Bridge Point Crossroads West, sits on the east side of Northwest 112th Avenue just north of Northwest 143rd Street. Bridge Development bought the 16.6 acre site in 2014 for $2.9 million.
