The developer Macho has begun work on a scheme involving starter flats in the Ružinov district in Bratislava. The project, called Apollis, involves the complete refurbishment of a vacant office building that was used by Slovenska sporitelna. The complex, located at the corner of Miletičova and Prievozska streets, will offer 80 two-room units for an average of €2,260/sqm. The units will be sold by Herrys, with sales to be launched on Monday.
