HB Reavis secured a €27m loan from Slovenská sporiteľňa to finance the construction of Twin City A in Bratislava. The building, to be completed this fall, will add 16,000 sqm to the capital’s office market. The loan will mature in six years. HN online quoted the bank’s spokeswoman as saying that Slovenská sporiteľňa is the only lender on the project with investments totaling €31.5m. Twin City A is one of three buildings to go up in the 65,000 sqm first phase of the Twin City development, located on Karadžičova street near the Bratislava city center.
