Orange has renewed its lease at the Renaissance Plaza office building in Warsaw’s Wola district. MF Capital represented the landlord, a German fund called Corpus Sireo Immobilienfonds 4 SICAV-FIS. The telecommunications operators will be occupying 9,800 sqm in the building. No further details were disclosed.
“The Wola office market has been competitive, but thanks to the newly launched second metro line, the district is gaining more and more attention from office tenants,” said Jan Schwarz, managing director of MF Capital. He added that the building will soon undergo a modernization.
