JLL signed on for 8,000 sqm at Warsaw Spire, Ghelamco’s flagship project underway near Plac Europejski and Rondo Daszyńskiego in the city center. The move will happen in two phases. The agency will take 5,900 sqm of space on the 27th, 28th and 30th floors of the project’s tower building in the second quarter of 2016. In 2020, JLL will move into space on the building’s 25th and 26th floors. JLL was selected to oversee the leasing of Warsaw Spire earlier this year. The project is currently more than 70 percent leased.
Warsaw Spire includes three buildings: a 220-meter tower building, covering 60,000 sqm on 49 floors, and two adjacent 55-meter buildings, which will each offer 20 000 sqm on 15 floors.
