LTG Aktiengesellschaft, a technology company that specializes in air-handling solutions, has extended its lease with MStar Europe on 10,150 sqm at a light industrial property on Josef-Beyerle-Strasse in Weil der Stadt. The lease will now run until 2026. M7 Real Estate advised MStar Europe in the lease renewal process.
LTG has been the property’s sole tenant in the building since its completion in 1975. The space is set to undergo an €800,000 renovation, which will include resurfacing the floors and improving the lighting. MStar Europe will cover most of the cost.
