Roberts Publishing Media Group is proud to announce that CEDEM 2015 will be held under the auspices of The City of Prague. In a document signed by City Councilor Ing. Michal Hašek, the city has lent its support to a real estate conference that has brought together hundreds of professionals from around CEE and Western Europe in the Czech capital. CEDEM takes place this year on Sept 16 – 17 in downtown Prague in Slovanský dům featuring a full line-up of speakers with key players in real estate’s investment, development and finance sectors. Main topics at the conference will include rising property values, the impact of the low interest rate environment, European real estate policy as well as the continuing strength of CEE’s industrial sector.
