Ad Astra Partners, along with two companies from Spain and the UAE, broke ground on 1,000 apartments in Bucharest. The new residential complex is located in the city’s Berceni district and will be equipped with photovoltaic solar panels to generate energy.
Construction on the first four blocks of the solar project is currently underway, with the the first phase due for completion later this year. The project will include a total of 15 residential buildings, which should be completed by September 2017.
Prices range from €30,500 for studios, €39,000 for two-room apartments and €70,900 for three-room apartments (including 5 percent VAT). Eoliem Consulting is financing the €45m project, while the developer Ad Astra Partners, controlled by Losscar, owns the land.
