Panattoni Europe will develop a logistics center for Jago AG in the Industriepark Rurtal commercial zone near Hückelhoven. The 120,000 sqm complex will be the largest logistics facility in Germany and will be built on a 200,00 sqm plot. CBRE advised Jago during the tender process.
Construction, set to begin this month, will take place in four stages. The first phase, which should be completed by March 2016, will include the development of 40,000 sqm of industrial and logistics space and 1,450 sqm for office and social areas. The entire project is scheduled for completion in August 2017.
