A consortium consisting of Morgan Stanley, Wing and CC Real bought a prime real estate portfolio in Budapest, which includes MOM Park Shopping Center and Offices and West End Business Center Offices. Dentons’ Budapest team, led by partner Judit Kővári with support from Marcell Szőnyi and Anna Gerendás, Luca Bokor and Gábor Tóth, advised the seller. No other details were disclosed.
