Goodman will extend a warehouse operated by the logistics company ILS on behalf of Inter Cars Group, the largest automotive spare parts distributor in Central and Eastern Europe. The ILS warehouse area at the Goodman Sosnowiec Centre will be expanded by 65 percent, with the new space to be tailored to the company’s requirements for the storage and distribution will be used to store and distribute auto parts. The currently property offers 24,760 sqm industrial and 1,490 sqm of office area. Completion of the expansion is set for the beginning of 2016.
