Thai Union Poland has signed a lease agreement for over 250 sqm in Tensor X office building in Gdynia on ĆuĆŒycka Street. The property’s developer, Euro Styl was represented by JLL during the lease transaction. The new tenant is a producer of canned fish products sold under the brand names of âKing Oscarâ, âLaguna,â âKoga Marisâ and âAakermanâ. It is part of Thai Union Frozen Products.
âThai Union Poland is another company that has selected Gdynia RedĆowo and the Tensor complex as its office location. Companies such as BEST S.A. and Maersk Polska have signed lease agreements with Tensor X, which is currently 60% leased over half a year before being commissioned for use,â says Magdalena ReĆska, Head of Tri-City Office at JLL. The second of three planned buildings is currently under development and is due to open in June 2016. The Tensor scheme will offer 19,750 sqm of office space and 450 parking places once completed.
