A former music club located at 15 Sas Street in Budapest was sold to a private investorrepresented by JLL. The historical monument offers 3,100 sqm net internal area. The two-floor building was built in 1812 for residential purposes and has been rebuilt and expanded several times since then. It’s now expected that the new owner will use the building as its headquarters.
“The investment market is getting momentum in Budapest and there has been an increasing interest in premium location, downtown properties,” said said Rita Tuza, Head of Research at JLL Budapest, adding that several large, vacant properties have been sold recently in Budapest’s 5th district.
