Orlando-based homebuilder Park Square Homes plans to break ground soon on a $32.3 million community dubbed Parkdale. The new 96 lot community is located south of East Red Bug Lake and east of State Road 426 Road in Oviedo. Site work began in May, and Park Square is finalizing development plans, so vertical construction should begin later this year. The new project will feature single family homes starting from in the high $300,000 range.
