N.J.-based Raia Properties Corp. has acquired the Casa Mirella apartment complex in Windermere for $50 million. Located 20 minutes from downtown Orlando, the 2-year-old, 276-unit complex traded for $181,159 per unit. The seller, Unicorp National Developments Inc, began construction of the $40 million project in late 2012 (216 units) and completed the rest of the complex (60 units) earlier this year.
