Bredovský Dvůr office complex in Prague 1 is now 91 percent leased after a trio of new tenants has agreed rental contracts there. Flexi Office will open a 1,000 sqm business center in the complex in November, under a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. It’s the company’s fifth such office center in Prague. Prior to this, Active Retail Asset Management moved into the building just before summer, while another lease with On Clinic will see that company move in by August. The property is owned by SachsenFonds.
