5 August 2015

DekaBank financed the acquisition of a logistics asset for Aquila Capital and Korean Samsung SRA Asset Management. The €72m loan is for a warehouse located in Worms with 80,000 sqm of rentable area currently occupied by Robert Bosch Gm. Linklaters advised DekaBank, while Aquila Capital and Korean Samsung SRA Asset management were advised by Kuhn Luer Wojtek.
“We are pleased to have arranged and underwritten the financing on this core logistics asset which has a long-term cash flow from a good tenant. The German logistics market is in general becoming more popular with experienced international investors, which fits with our strategy to be a one stop shop for international lending activities,” said Amar Latif, head of DekaBank’s German real estate lending activities.
