Vitalis Consulting has been appointed by Coresi Business Park’s developer Ascenta Management to provide project monitoring services on the next phase of the project. This is Vitalis Consulting’s fifth project in the county of Brasov.
The new phase consists of 18,000 sqm of new office space to built in two class A, low-rise office buildings with floor plates of up to 1,550 sqm. They are scheduled for completion in Q2 2016. The €10m investment will add to the 25,000 sqm GLA of office space created in the first phase of Coresi Business Park through the restoration of former industrial buildings which are occupied by companies like Raiffeisen Bank, IBM, Fresenius, Freudenberg, CGS and Waters.
