Richman Group launches construction of Azura scheme in Kendall

29 July 2015

The Richman Group of Florida has broken ground on a $47 million apartment complex in Kendall called the Azura. The 240-unit complex located at 12755 Southwest 136th Street includes eight three-story buildings, a resort style pool, a sports bar and a two-story 6,683 square-foot clubhouse. Units will range from one bedroom (667 square feet) and up to three bedrooms with 1,295 square feet. The project is expected to be completed by next summer.

“Azura’s desirable suburban in-fill location within Miami Dade County is an excellent area to offer new luxury garden apartments. The property is convenient to primary transportation routes easily reaching major employment centers including the Miami International Airport,” said Todd Fabbri Executive Vice President for The Richman Group of Florida. He said attractions like Miami’s zoo, upscale shopping venues and nearby nature parks would help drive sales.
