Net profit for the Polish builder Budimex rose by a healthy 23 percent in the first half of the year to PLN 106.6m, while its revenues expanded by 5 percent to PLN 2.27m. Operational profit for the group rose by 17 percent to PLN 128.8m. The company’s portfolio amounts to PLN 6.99bn. Budimex signed contacts totaling PLN 2.88bn in H1, up from PLN 1.41bn in the same period last year.
At the same time, Budimex’s residential development arm sold 1,079 flats in the first half of the year and secured another 402 buyers.
