Anchor Grup has resumed construction of the Bucharest office project on Timisoara Boulevard they started five years ago. The €20m project is to be delivered by the end of this year. Anchor Plaza Metropol will have an area of 37,000 sqm.
Anchor Grup has considerable experience in Romania, having completed two malls (Bucureşti Mall and Plaza România Bucureşti Mall), and a residential project, InCity Residences.
