Mercurius Real Estate plans to invest €100m building 450 apartments in Frankfurt’s Gallus District. The new project called Gallus Green Gardens is located on Weilburger Strasse and will offer 24,000 sqm of living space as well as a daycare center. The new investment will feature small flats with many rooms that target couples and young families. Mercurius will develop the architectural ensemble together with Domus Vivendi. Construction is to start in 2016 year with completion set for the fourth quarter of 2017.
