New York based Whitestone Realty Capital LLC has secured permits to build a $28 million Hyatt House hotel near Universal Orlando Resort. The 175-room hotel, which will go up at 5370 International Drive, is a limited service, extended-stay brand of Hyatt Hotels Corp. and will be the first of its kind to be built in Orlando. Le Royal International Development LLC sold the 3.45-acre site to Whitestone Realty for $2.6 million earlier this year. The project is expected to be completed in the summer of 2016.
