The Richman Group has started construction on a $67 million apartment community called Aurora in downtown Tampa. The project is located at 124 South Morgan Street along the new Selmon Greenway bike path and next to the $1 billion redevelopment project around the Amalie Arena. The complex will feature 351 apartments ranging from 577 to 1,593 square feet along with a 11,000 square-foot two-level clubhouse and a 2,400-square-foot professional fitness center.
“Excitement is growing about Downtown Tampa’s urban waterfront renewal,” said Todd Fabbri, executive vice president for The Richman Group of Florida, Inc. “Aurora’s modern amenities and chic industrial vibe will enhance this revitalized destination.”
