Regus will open its new center at the end of July in Palac I.P. Pavlova in Prague’s Vinohrady district. The new space is located on 1,400 sqm on two floors and will offer modern, fully-equipped and serviced offices. “Thanks to this important tenant, a large portion of the free space has been leased and the building is now 95 percent occupied,” said Petr Mrazek of Professional, the agency responsible for the transaction.
The building suited Regus primarily because of its location, which offers good transport and road access to the D1 and D8 motorways. Mrazek said that in addition, Regus, which already had five locations in Prague, currently offers no space in Vinohrady.
