AFI Europe secured €39m from Bank Leumi Romania to finish construction on the fourth phase of AFI Park in Bucharest.

AFI Europe Romania. AFI Park 4&5 will offer 32,000 sqm of class A, LEED Gold office space spread over 12 floors. Construction started in April 2014. Tenants should be able to move in by January 2016.
AFI Park will offer more than 70,000 sqm of space in five class A office buildings. AFI Park 1 is occupied by companies like Microchip, Cameron and Sparkware Technologies, while AFI Park 2 is fully leased to Electronic Arts. AFI Park 3, which was completed at the end of last year, is entirely occupied by TELUS International and Endava Romania.
