Iulius Management Center Company plans to invest more than €220m in a mixed-use urban regeneration project in Timişoara. Designed as a “lifestyle center”, Openville will offer office, retail, park and entertainment components on 594,000 sqm. The scheme includes seven class A office buildings, totaling more than 131,000 sqm of space as well as a 55,000 sqm park.
Iulius Group owns four shopping malls in Iaşi, Timişoara, Cluj and Suceava as well as another mixed-use urban project called Palas Iaşi. The company’s Romanian portfolio also includes more than 58,000 sqm of class A office space.
