GS Colony, a subsidiary of Greystar, acquired the Colony Club apartments, west of Boynton Beach, for $35.5 million. The deal was financed with a $25.3 million loan from Branch Banking & Trust Co. The sale of the 296,278 square-foot garden style apartment community, located at 7132 Colony Club Drive, also included 10.7 acres of vacant land and buffers. The 214-unit complex, built on a 13.1-acre site in 2003, was last sold in 2012 for $25.3 million.
