Griffin, GK Immobile join bid for WAM hotels

GK Immobile, Central Fund of Immovables, Griffin Topco fund, Louvre Hotels Group and SWAN International are vying to take over Poland’s WAM hotel chain. The bidders have already submitted their preliminary offers to the country’s treasury. The WAM chain includes 18 two- and three-star hotels located in Gdynia, Hel, Kraków, Leśna, Lublin, Łódź, Malbork, Olsztyn, Poznań, Radom, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Toruń, Warszawa, Wejherowo and Wrocław.
