Kevin Hipes joined CBRE’s retail brokerage group in Tampa. Hipes specializes in all phases of retail commercial real estate, representing institutional owners and retail tenants. Prior to joining CBRE, he was a senior vice president at Tailwinds Development in Orlando. Hipes also previously served as director of leasing for The Shopping Center Group and Kimco Realty, where he was responsible for overseeing the leasing and redevelopment of 85 shopping centers totaling 13 million square feet.
