Welcome to our next newsletter which many of you will be receiving just as you are heading off on your summer holidays. We wish you a pleasant and relaxing time.
For most of us this time of year usually sees a bit of a slowdown but with the general revival of the economy and, in particular, the property market, we are anticipating a very busy few months here at Wilson & Partners, following on from an exceptional first six months of the year.
We have just closed the acquisition of Arkady Pankrac for Atrium European Real Estate and are working on several other high profile acquisitions and sales including that of our own office building for Markland Holdings. Whilst our real estate practice continues to thrive, our finance department is expanding at speed and we have recently taken on 2 new lawyers and one partner to help us manage the multitude of new instructions that have been coming in during the past few months. A busy second half of the year looks to be a certainty!
The good news is that that summer finally appears to have arrived for us all and despite the workload I am sure that many of us will be seeing each other out and about during the coming months!
