Romanian housing prices increased by 3.7 percent y-o-y in the first three months of 2015, according to recently published data by Eurostat. Prices were up 4.1 percent from Q4 2014. This was the biggest jump within the EU. The average increase of housing prices in the EU was 0.6 percent, according to the Eurostat. Romania was followed by Sweden, which posted a 3.9-percent increase, Hungary (3.7 percent) and Denmark (3.5 percent)
