Avalon Park Group plans to break ground by the end of this year on the next phase of its Avalon Park community in East Orlando. Located at the corner of Avalon Park Boulevard West and Tanja King Boulevard, the $7.5 million project calls for 50,000 square feet of commercial space with a mix of office, retail and restaurants.
“Avalon Park is not finished by any stretch of the imagination,” said Beat Kahli, president and CEO of Avalon Park Group. “Our community will constantly grow and change, and it is our goal to remain ahead of the high demand for the properties in the community.”
Avalon Park is an 1,860-acre neighborhood located in southeast Orange County along the Econlockhatchee River. When finished, the mixed-use community will include approximately 3,400 single-family units, 1,431 multi-family units and more than half a million square feet of commercial space.
