IDI Gazeley is developing a new 40,000 sqm build-to-suit food distribution center for SLL, a subsidiary of Rigterink Logistik Gruppe, on a 7.3 ha close to Frankfurt. The facility is going up just six miles from the Frankfurt airport. SLL will use the property for storage and the distribution of food products. IDI Gazeley is overseeing construction, which started last week. No completion date has been set.
