Laura Juteau was named property and business development manager for the Tampa and Orlando divisions of LandQwest Property Management. Juteau has more than 20 years of combined experience in commercial, multi-family and residential property management. She most recently worked and developed a property management division for NAI Tri Cities in Washington state. Her specialties include landlord representation, lease administration, multifamily, operations, project management, property management, facilities management and tenant representation. Juteau is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Washington and is actively pursuing her Florida broker license.
