Real I.S. acquired the fully leased Leitwerk office complex for two of its investment funds acting on behalf of its Active Fund III. The seller is Infrared Capital Partners. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
The Leitwerk is located on Haidenauplatz in Munich. Delivered in 2000, the project includes 40,000 sqm of leasable space. Tenants include the German Patent Office and the Bavarian State Ministry of Health and Care. Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe and CBRE advised InfraRed, while Clifford Chance acted for Real I.S.
