Italian real estate mogul Luciano Pinelli is offloading a portfolio of six historical buildings in Prague, valued around CZK 1.5bn. Svoboda & Williams is brokering the sale. The portfolio, totaling 16,000 sqm, includes the Bellevue building on Smetanovo nábřeží in the Prague city center. The 19th-century building used to house the studios of painters Oskar Kokoschka and Jiří Trnka. The other buildings in the portfolio are located on Rašínovo nábřeží and in the city’s Vinohrady and Old Town and New Town districts. Pinelli bought the properties in the 1990s. Brent Watkins of Svoboda & Williams told e15 that he believes the portfolio will be sold before the end of the year.
