Neovia signed on for 12,077 sqm at Prologis Park Prague Jirny. The logistics provider is expected to start operations in the park in the fourth quarter. “We are witnessing a substantial influx and expansion of companies within the Prague market, and Prologis continues to focus on providing expertise and resources for helping these businesses optimize their operations throughout the region,” said Pavlina Plaskova, leasing manager at Prologis Czech Republic. Prologis Park Prague Jirny currently offers 211,000 sqm of distribution and office space. An additional two BTS facilities, totaling 31,000 sqm and 13,000 sqm, are also under construction, while a third 28,830 sqm BTS expansion agreement was recently signed with Globus. The multinational retailer is doubling its current space. The park is located 8 km to the east of Prague with direct access to the D11 motorway.
