Strabag Development is nearing completion on the third phase of Zipava, a residential project in Stupava just outside Bratislava. The third phase will add an additional 60 new apartments to the location. The flats, on offer for €1,600/sqm, range from one room on 38 sqm to four rooms on 90 sqm. The developer claims 16 units have already been sold. Residents will be able to move into their new homes this fall. Zipava will offer a total of 200 flats and small retail units. The developer told Trend Reality that the third phase is the last one, as there is no space for further expansion.
