Icon Orlando LLC has purchased the Four Points by Sheraton Orlando Studio City hotel for $15 million according to records from Orange County. The hotel, located at 5905 International Drive, is at the Kirkman Road intersection and is near major tourist attractions like Wet ‘n Wild, Universal Orlando Resort and the Orlando International Premium Outlets. The 301 room property was built in 1974 and last traded for $9.8 million in 2011.
